Sometimes You Just Need Legs Up The Wall

Legs Up The Wall Pose (Viparita Karani)

Sometimes, I ask my students if they have any requests for class. What pose do they most want and need today? And there’s always one resounding answer: Legs Up The Wall

I get it… Throughout the day, you may find me in this position! *Deep Sigh*.

Resting your legs up the wall (or your favourite furniture) can help regulate blood circulation, relieve muscle tension and relax your nervous system.

This video is a guided practice that will leave you feeling so nice and relaxed from the tips of your toes to the crown of your head - in just 10 minutes.

I love to do this whenever I’m feeling stressed, achey or tired.

Morning, afternoon or night, it's the perfect way to chill out and unwind.

Try it and leave me a comment letting me know how you feel. Is this one of your favourite poses too?
